Upon arrival at Umbu Mehang Kunda Airport in Waingapu, you will be greeted by our guide and then transferred to Prai Liu Village (Ikat Weaving Center). Afterwards, enjoy dinner and check in at Padadita Hotel.

After breakfast, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and begin your adventure with a visit to Bukit Tanarara (Hiliwuku Hills) and the enchanting Wai Marang Waterfall. Enjoy a scenic two-hour drive southeast from Waingapu along the north coast, with breathtaking views of the Sawu Sea and rolling green hills. At Wai Marang, discover a hidden paradise where a crystal-clear lagoon invites you to swim beneath the waterfall.

Next, continue to the traditional village of Rende on the northeast coast of Waingapu, once the residence of King Rindi. At the heart of the village lies an impressive megalithic tomb, built with massive stone slabs shaped like a coffin, serving as the final resting place of the king and his family. In the afternoon, head to the serene Walakiri Beach. Relax on its soft white sand and marvel at the famous ‘dancing mangrove trees’ as you await a stunning sunset view. Return to Padadita Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, the journey continues with a visit to the breathtaking Savanna Puru Kambera, followed by Prai Natang Village, located on a hilltop overlooking a picturesque valley and river. Upon arrival, you will pass through the traditional spirit gate and admire the stunning local-style houses. This village is not designed for tourists—it reflects the authentic daily life of the community. With cool breezes and spectacular views, it’s easy to see why the people choose to remain in this beautiful area.

The adventure continues with a visit to the enchanting Tanggedu Waterfall, where you can enjoy its natural beauty and refreshing atmosphere. In the afternoon, return to Padadita Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to the western part of Sumba. The first stop is the stunning Wairinding Hills, followed by a visit to Prai Ijing Traditional Village. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Afterward, continue to Waikacura Waterfall and Rumah Budaya to explore the island’s cultural heritage. In the afternoon, visit the scenic Lendongara Hills and relax at Mario Beach before heading to Mario Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the Kodi area to visit Ratenggaro and Bukambani Villages, as well as the picturesque Pero Beach. Here you can admire the traditional Sumbanese houses with towering roofs that reach more than ten meters high. A lunch box will be provided, which you can enjoy either at the beach or at Mandorak Beach. Continue to the stunning Weekuri Lagoon, a natural saltwater pool surrounded by rocky cliffs — the perfect spot for swimming and refreshing yourself. In the afternoon, return to Mario Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
